Kristin is a visionary leader with more than 25 years of leadership experience committed to creating and delivering digital solutions that are sustainable, scalable, affordable, and attainable.

Kristin has led this team to create and scale several SaaS solutions worldwide and is especially passionate about making all learning count by enabling learners and earners to achieve their fullest potential through data and modern software solutions that stand the test of time.

Chad Smith

Chad is a seasoned military-trained computer engineer with more than 25 years of experience leading large scale software projects from inception to production for many of the world's leading companies, governments, institutions and associations including the US Department of Defense, the Microsoft Corporation, Bayer, PepsiCo and more.

He is also a successful software entrepreneur who has designed, developed, and launched several SaaS products and companies. His current focus is on AI and machine learning applications for workforce technology. Chad serves as our Chief Technologist, advising our multi-disciplinary teams with a hands-on, dedicated work style.

Greg DiDonato

Greg is a savvy connector who has led implementations of the largest scope, scale and data complexity for the world's largest education, government, and corporate agencies.

With more than 15 years leading implementations for EBSCO like the Alabama Talent Triad, a founding partner for the COTS SaaS solution proposed, and as a trained educator, Greg brings an unparalleled level of patience, commitment and expertise that will guide participants through every aspect of data analysis, collection, sharing and upkeep while ensuring your solutions are compliant with all applicable laws, policies, procedures and regulations. He just has a way of pulling contributors together to achieve success.

Joseph Tragert

Joe is a seasoned product creator and leader with more than 30 years of experience delivering digital solutions with big data. Dr. Tragert is also an adjunct professor teaching in undergraduate and graduate business and organizational management programs.

Joe brings a wealth of wisdom to our projects and a keen eye for detail and sustainable design. He knows what makes a successful project or product and ensures alignment across disciplines to ensure implementations exceed our client's expectations.

Walid Aggoun

Walid Aggoun is a respected computer scientist with extensive experience leading technical teams to deliver digital solutions trusted by organizations with stringent security and accessibility requirements.

Walid is committed to on-time, on-budget implementations and sustainable solutions that work at scale. He leads a multi-disciplinary team of architects, engineers, developers, and data scientists focused on building reliable, secure workforce technology.

Jeremy Whiteford

Jeremy is a user experience designer and software engineer with more than 20 years of experience building accessible, performant web applications. He specializes in design systems, component architecture, and creating interfaces that meet government accessibility and compliance standards.

Jeremy leads the design and front-end development team responsible for EBSCOed's COTS SaaS platform. His team also provides professional services to ensure client implementations stay current and aligned with their brand requirements.
