The four catalogs

Programs — degrees, certificates, certifications, apprenticeships, short-form training. Aligned to CIP, ETPL, RAPIDS.

Occupations — the full O*NET / SOC taxonomy, with skills, wages and BLS jobs projections.

Opportunities — jobs, apprenticeships, internships, co-ops, fellowships, work-based learning. Open posts, closed applications, descriptions.

Services — wraparound supports (SNAP, TANF, WIC, CCDF, transportation, housing, health) registered alongside training.

Issuance — free contributors and paid providers

Both free contributors and paid providers can issue validated, verifiable OBv3 credentials. Free tier: issue up to 100 badges at a time per registry record. Paid tier: automated bulk issuance via systems-of-record integration — SIS, LMS, ATS, HRIS — plus the AI catalog parser, branded marketplace, case management, and Workforce Pell calculator.

AI-enabled catalog parser

Drop in a course catalog, a program PDF, a provider website. The AI parser delivers a lossless transformation into structured, standards-aligned registry records — adding many more crosswalked fields and stackability indicators than the catalog itself contained. It automates occupational alignment, calculates eligibility including Workforce Pell, and crosswalks to O*NET, BLS, IPEDS, CIP, SOC, NAICS, RAPIDS, OBv3 / CLR 2.0, and CTDL.
